Pork Stuffed Napa Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound cooked rice or quinoa
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, shredded
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp. cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 8 Napa cabbage leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice and cool, or use leftover rice
  2. Prepare vegetables
  3. Combine rice, vegetables, sauces and pork in a large bowl and mix
  4. Lay out cabbage leaves; if not using Napa cabbage, blanch leaves first
  5. Add 1/8 of the filling to each cabbage leaf
  6. Roll leaves
  7. Place rolls in oven safe dish, add 1 cup of water, and cover with foil
  8. Cook at 400 degrees F for 30 min
